Depending on its clients demands, London Fractions can offer properties under fractional ownership where the property reverts to whole ownership again after 7 years, enabling a pre-determined exit period for all owners. Alternatively, fractional ownership properties can remain in their shared ownership form with buyers choosing to sell their share once they deem necessary or prudent. London Fractions does offer a resale facility if owners want to sell there fraction at any stage.

On most of its properties, London Fractions requires a 5% deposit to be paid before processing and arranging the final purchase contracts with completion times currently running at 3-6 months, depending on the level of fractions remaining to be sold.

The maintenance and servicing costs of the property are divided between the owners and calculated and contracted before purchase so that buyers have a clear understanding of the cost implications of their unit.
